Beef and Red Wine Casserole

Today we introduce viewers to the delicious Spanish dish - beef and red wine casserole - made with Spanish wine and stewed for three hours until the meat it melts in the mouth. Another signature dish to check out is the Spanish omelet, which brims with ingredients and together with the chefs specially made cuttlefish and Spanish chorizo offers a unique culinary experience.

We first fry and then bake because that brings out the flavor. Our most special ingredient is the Spanish chorizo. This is a very distinctive authentic Spanish ingredient, we make it ourselves and mix it with the egg and it tastes wonderful.

The chef’s cuttlefish and Spanish chorizo is prepared by hand each day. The herbs and peppers are all imported from Spain. Try out the cuttlefish that doesn’t leave your mouth dyed black, you won’t find that anywhere else.

With the Spanish music playing in the background, exotic pictures, decorations and delightful cuisine one could almost be in Spain.
