飲食上她會盡量避開辣、油炸等重口味的食物,早餐會喝酪梨、杏仁和莓果類水果打成的奶昔,或是只吃一顆蘋果,午餐和晚餐大多是水煮雞肉和鮭魚製成的沙拉,以蛋白質和纖維素為主,澱粉則很少量,至於份量,她提到,「我會遵守先吃肉、再吃菜,每餐吃七分飽,大約是一個手掌大小」。

人生嘛!偶爾也是會有想吃的食物,她不會給自己太多壓力,一周選2次中午的時間,想吃什麼就吃什麼,連甜點也不忌口,只是晚上就不會再吃其他東西。此外,她每天至少運動2小時,會先慢跑30分鐘,接著做重訓1小時,然後再慢跑30分鐘。

如果出差或是工作比較忙時,就會利用飯店的健身器材訓練,像是踩踏步機,可以讓大腿和臀部的肌肉變結實,也會隨身帶著瑜珈墊,每天練習倒立,或是做15~20分鐘的瑜珈和伸展動作。她也曾分享幾個瘦腿、練翹臀的居家鍛鍊,只需一張椅子就能做到。
