31歲的英國歌壇天后愛黛兒(Adele),在今年4月與結婚近8年的西蒙科內切奇(Simon Konecki)離婚,重新擁抱單身生活後,就鮮少出現在螢光幕前,歌迷都在期待能有新作品。而近日她被拍到出席饒舌天王德瑞克(Drake)的生日趴,整個人身形消瘦許多,一系列美照成為大眾討論焦點,據說半年內甩去了將近20公斤,到底怎麼做到的呢?
