跨足太空產業 Under Armour將打造太空服

運動品牌 Under Armour 致力於開發高科技運動面料與技術，提供更符合運動員需求的運動裝束，在現今運動市場中佔有一定的份額；而近日品牌又跨出一大步，除了原本專注開發的運動服領域，現在將前進太空產業打造太空服！

Under Armour 日前宣佈，將聯手致力於商務太空旅行的 Virgin Galactic，為飛行員及乘客打造適合太空旅行的新一代服裝及鞋履。而對於此次的合作 Virgin Galactic 創始人 Richard Branson 激動表示：「能與 Under Armour 一同合作，推動提升運動表現的技術，我很激動，甚至有點迫不及待。」

隨著雙方的合作達成，Under Armour 將會先為 Virgin Galactic 在新墨西哥州 Spaceport America 營運中心的工程師、太空飛行指揮操作員等製作專屬制服，不過屬於這次合作的真正款式還尚未公布。但可以期待的是，因為 Virgin Galactic 的太空飛船配備了增壓艙，因此新一代的服裝無需像傳統太空服一樣具有增壓效果，所以在太空服的設計上也獲得更大的發揮空間。
